One platform for the work,
one AI assistant to run it.
EVERYSYNC replaces a dozen disconnected SaaS subscriptions with a single Business OS — and Eva, your built-in AI Operator, plans the work, asks before she acts, and logs everything she does.
Pick your door in.
EVERYSYNC opens to a different surface depending on who you are. Same product, same audit trail, three different first screens.
EVERYSYNC is the AI-native Business Operating System: 39 modules in one platform — CRM, HR, contracts, finance, support, marketing, legal, calls, chat, sales channels — replacing 10+ disconnected SaaS tools. One Eva plans and runs work across every module under a two-stage approval gate; chat-driven mini-module spin-up and Eva-authored automation edits are rolling out this week. AI Employees take real seats in the org chart with signed identity attestation; Guided Setup configures every module step-by-step with a live preview of the real surface; and privacy-load-bearing surfaces (Mira wellbeing, Personal Social PA) keep employee-private content out of admin views by design.
Four AI personas.
Ten signature surfaces.
39 modules named products.
EVERYSYNC isn't one tool with a chatbot taped on. It's an ecosystem with its own characters, its own grammar, and its own way of working — all in one workspace, with one sign-in and one record of everything.
Sense the org. Plan the work.
Act under approval.
Eva isn't a chat box bolted onto a product. She's an assistant who knows your whole company, drafts the work before doing it, and stops to ask before anything goes out — every move recorded, every time.
How Eva plans- 01 · SenseEva sees the whole company, with permission. One assistant who knows your pipeline, calls, contracts, inbox, schedule and people — and reads only what your role lets her see. The private corners stay private.
- 02 · PlanShe proposes the work before doing it.Eva drafts the email, the contract redline, the follow-up sequence, the board update — then stops at a confirmation prompt that always reaches you, even if you've muted everything else.
- 03 · ActEvery action is logged, end to end.Every send, sign and edit records who did it, what changed, and when — searchable across every product. Sensitive corners (legal, wellbeing, personal social) stay private even from the audit view.
Two homes. One Eva.
EVERYSYNC opens to a different home depending on whether you lead the company or do the work — and the same Eva assistant runs across both, with the same audit trail.
Run the business from one board, not eight dashboards.
Open the Management Suite to a single board of what changed overnight, who needs you, and what's ready to ship. Ask Eva to draft the update, chase the late signatures, or surface what last week's calls actually said — she plans the work, asks before she acts, and logs everything she does.
- Pipeline, revenue, calls, contracts, inbox and tasks — one surface, one workspace.
- Eva drafts board updates, follow-ups and forecasts from real data; you approve before anything is sent or signed.
- Sensitive surfaces (legal, wellbeing, personal social) stay behind their own fences — even from you.
One subscription for what used to be a dozen.
Eight of the surfaces EVERYSYNC consolidates. Category archetypes — every relationship is real, no logos used without partnership.
* Public research suggests the median knowledge company runs 130–180 SaaS apps with 25–35% of spend on tools nobody actively uses (Productiv 2024 SaaS Index; BetterCloud 2023 State of SaaSOps). EVERYSYNC's consolidation potential depends on your starting stack.
Architected so the AI can't go rogue.
Four guarantees that hold across every product in EVERYSYNC. They're enforced by the platform — not by a setting an admin can toggle off.
Plays nicely with the rails you already trust.
EVERYSYNC ships these integrations today — billing, mail, identity, and the AI vendors behind Eva and Lily. We don't list partner logos we don't have.
Lily (legal) is pinned to Anthropic Claude with no silent fallback — when the key is missing the planner refuses with a visible error.
Honest about what we are.
No fabricated customer logos, no invented quotes, no fake metrics. Here's the founder rationale and the public research it's built on.
We were tired of paying twelve SaaS subscriptions to run one company — and watching the AI wave land as a fourteenth tool instead of as the operating layer it should be. EVERYSYNC is what we want to run our own business on: one tenant boundary, one AI assistant, every product under a single audit ledger, and privacy fences that hold even when the founder asks otherwise.

Frequently asked questions about EVERYSYNC
What is a Business Operating System?
A Business Operating System is the consolidation layer that sits above the spreadsheets-plus-SaaS sprawl most organizations live in. Instead of buying a separate tool for CRM, HR, contracts, finance, support, and ops and then trying to glue them together with integrations, a Business OS like EVERYSYNC ships them as one platform with one data model and one AI brain.
How is EVERYSYNC different from Salesforce, HubSpot, or Notion?
Salesforce, HubSpot, and Notion are point tools that became suites by acquisition. EVERYSYNC was built top-down as one platform, so the 39 modules — CRM, HR, contracts, documents, finance, deals, calls, chat, support, and more — share one data model. When a deal closes in DealSync, the contract auto-drafts in ContractsSync and onboarding launches in HRSync. No Zaps, no integrations.
What does Eva, the embedded AI Operator, actually do?
Eva is an AI agent with read access across every module in your org. You can ask Eva to plan a multi-step task ('draft Q2 board pack, schedule the meetings, send the prep notes') and Eva will produce a plan, ask for your approval, execute the steps, and report back — with a full audit trail of every action.
What size of company is EVERYSYNC built for?
EVERYSYNC is designed for organizations between 10 and 500 people that have outgrown spreadsheets and are now running 10+ disconnected SaaS subscriptions. We support multi-entity orgs, white-label branding on a custom domain, and strict role-based access from day one, so larger orgs can also adopt EVERYSYNC for a single business unit and roll it out from there.
Can I replace HubSpot, DocuSign, Notion, and Rippling with just EVERYSYNC?
Yes. EVERYSYNC's DealSync covers CRM (HubSpot replacement), ContractsSync covers e-signature and contract management (DocuSign replacement), KnowledgeSync and Wiki cover docs and wiki (Notion replacement), and HRSync covers HRIS, onboarding, time-off, and payroll (Rippling replacement) — in one login, with one bill, with shared data.
Is EVERYSYNC SOC-2 ready and multi-tenant-isolated?
Yes. EVERYSYNC is SOC-2-aligned with strict tenant isolation by organization ID, role-based access control (Super Admin / Admin / Member), module-level permissions, full audit trails on every Eva action, and SSO / passkey support. Each organization can run on its own custom domain with its own branding.
How much does EVERYSYNC cost?
EVERYSYNC is priced per active user per month, with all 39 modules included in every plan. There are no integration fees, no per-module upsells, and no per-workflow add-ons. Custom enterprise pricing is available for orgs with multiple entities or non-standard volume.
When does EVERYSYNC NOT win?
EVERYSYNC isn't the right answer if you only need one module (e.g. just a CRM) and have no plans to consolidate, or if you're a 1-3 person team where the cognitive overhead of 39 modules is more than you need. We're optimized for organizations with 10+ employees that are actively trying to escape SaaS sprawl.
How does Eva work across 39 different modules?
Eva isn't 39 separate copilots — she's one AI agent that reads across the entire org. When you ask Eva to 'send the renewal contract for closed deals from this week', she queries DealSync, drafts via ContractsSync, files via the Filing Engine, and posts a confirmation to ChatSync — all in one plan, with one approval, and one audit trail. Granular guardrails per role and per module gate what she can read and write.
What is cross-module wiring and why does it matter?
Cross-module wiring is the fact that EVERYSYNC's modules are wired into each other at the data-model level, not via Zapier-style integrations. When a deal closes in DealSync, ContractsSync auto-drafts the contract, HRSync triggers onboarding, the Filing Engine puts the signed PDF in the right folder, and Mail links the original thread to the customer record — all without any glue code, integration fees, or maintenance burden.
Can I run EVERYSYNC on my own domain with my own branding?
Yes. Every EVERYSYNC organization can run on its own custom domain with its own logo, brand colors, and email-from address. White-label covers the web app, mobile app, invoices, signature templates, and signup pages. There's no extra fee — it's part of every plan.
How does Eva ask for approval before doing something risky?
Every Eva plan runs through a two-stage approval gate. Low-sensitivity reads run inline with an audit row. Anything that writes, sends, pays, or touches a persona-fenced surface (legal, wellbeing, personal social, finance over a threshold) pauses for owner approval — and high-impact actions require a second approver. Approvals always deliver via the Eva approvals surface; they cannot be silenced by notification preferences.
What are AI Employees and how are they different from a chatbot?
AI Employees are first-class agents with a real seat in the org chart (`is_non_human=true`) — eight starter role packs (SDR, support, recruiter, marketer, analyst, ops, content, ops-IT). They have signed identity attestation, a jurisdictional disclosure footer on outbound messages, and the same persona fences and approval gate as human employees. They work alongside Eva, not instead of her.
How does Guided Setup work?
Every powerful module — Calls, Eva, Lily, Mira, RepSync, BlogSync, AI Employees, Brand Visibility, Family, Personal Social PA — configures through the same Guided Setup framework: visual step-by-step shell, per-field auto-save, resumable across sessions and devices, with a persistent right-hand Live Preview that re-renders the real module surface (no mockup screenshots). End in a full-screen Launch Review and a brand-coloured launch animation. Re-enter at any time to edit.
Is wellbeing data really private from admins?
Yes — privacy is load-bearing. Mira (the wellbeing counsellor) never surfaces employee-identifiable content to admins. Admins only see aggregate counts and de-identified excerpts. The activity-beacon publish layer rewrites Mira entityIds to `redacted` so org members can never correlate which exercise or conversation a teammate is in. The same dual-loyalty model applies to Personal Social PA: org-admin views strip owner-private content via `redactForOrgAdmin()`.
Can Eva build new modules and automations on her own?
Rolling out this week. Describe a form, a partner portal, or a small workflow in plain language and Eva will spin up a real module surface — with its own Guided Setup, schema, route and audit row — under the same two-stage approval gate. Eva will also read your Automation Studio graph, draft a new flow or rewrite a step, then run the change in a sandbox preview before commit. Owner approval is required on every write; nothing ships silently.
What are Sales Channels?
Sales Channels is the EVERYSYNC surface for resellers, agencies and Business Development Partners. Invite a partner with one link and they get a scoped BDP portal with deal registration, a commission ledger and a shared audit log — wired to DealSync (pipeline), Lily (partner contracts), ChatSync (joint threads) and Secure Sharing (gated assets). Partner data sits in the same tenant boundary as the rest of your org, behind the same persona fence and approval gate.
How fast does EVERYSYNC ship?
We ship every week across every product. Recent ships include Two Homes / One Eva, Guided Setup with Live Preview, AI Employees, RepSync graduated autonomy, cross-meeting intelligence, Personal Social PA, brand-visibility extensions for calls, Lily proactive clause flagging (Anthropic-pinned), Mira clinician handoff, and a unified live event bus + activity beacons.
Stop operating. Start running.
One platform, 39 modules, one AI Operator who plans and does the work for you — and never makes a move without your say-so.
